Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at Miss Darling Studio. As a small business we strive to ensure you love your purchase and appreciate your understanding on our return policy as operational costs can be extremely difficult for us to manage. Please reach out to us via Instagram messages or email if you’re unsure about sizing or fit, we are always happy to assist you before you make your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer *return for exchange* under the following conditions: 

  • We do not provide refund for return, this includes change of mind or incorrect size changes.
  • You'll have 10 days to return your order from delivery date.
  • An exchange item of your choice will be issued within 1-3 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned items.
  • If you receive a faulty item or you believe your order is faulty, please contact us immediately. Faulty items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the situation. Concerns related to general wear and tear or improper care are not considered faults. Please follow the care instructions provided.
  • Items marked as SALE are final and cannot be returned.
  • We are not responsible for return shipping cost, and lost or damaged parcels during the return process. 

 

Return conditions:

  • Item/s must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • be returned in their original packaging without stains, marks, smell of perfumes, odors, or alterations.

Please note: Items returned that do not meet these conditions will be refused and sent back to the customer at customer's own expense.

 

How to start a return:

To facilitate a return for exchange, please contact us via email at info@missdarlingstudio.com stating the following: 

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Name of item you want to return
  • Name of item you would like to receive in exchange (subject to availability)

We usually will get back to you within 48 hours with instructions. Once the return item is received  and passed inspection, we will send you the exchange item.

A return postage fee will apply and payment is required before we issue a return label.
