Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Faulty items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the situation. Concerns related to general wear and tear or improper care are not considered faults. Please follow the care instructions provided.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To facilitate an exchange, please send us an email stating the order number, name of item you want to return, and name of item you would like to receive in exchange. We usually will get back to you within 48 hours with instructions. Once the return item is received  and passed inspection, we will send you the exchange item.

A return postage fee will apply and payment is required before we issue a return label.

 

Refunds

While we do our best to accommodate returns and exchanges, we do not accept refund for returns. As a small business we appreciate your understanding on our return policy as operational costs can be extremely difficult for us to manage.
